can suboxone cuase pancreatitis

After suffering with pancreatitis for years, I am now wandering what has caused this. I used to take suboxone and thought that may be the culprit. Can suboxone cause pancreatitis?

Before judging the suboxone, take a full inventory of the lifestyle you have lived or are living. They are many reasons other than medicine that can cause pancreatitis.

I guess there is always the possibility. From what I have read though, suboxone doesn’t have that listed as an effect. What I do know is that heavy drinking, smoking, and obesity are prime suspects for causing pancreatitis.

Pancreatitis is a condition that can be acute or chronic. Most likely this was brought on by something other than suboxone. Conditions like heavy drinking, gallstones, or diabetes can create problems with the pancreas.

I have dealt with acute pancreatitis and its no fun. Since I havent taken suboxone, I know it was not the cause of mine. Pretty sure I need to lose weight and mine would clear up.
