I think the average recommend dose for suboxone tablets is 16/4 mg in a single daily dose. I'm not a doctor but from what I've heard this is a pretty good dose. You don't want to have too much or you run the risk of abusing this medication.

Anything higher than 24mg/6mg has not been proven to provide any benefit to patients. I would talk to your doctor about what the right dosage is for you and trust their advice.
