I feel like I haven't slept in 80 years. I am exhausted but just cant seem to sleep when im supposed to. I don’t want to take anything that may react with my suboxone treatment and my mom recommended melatonin. I can't seem to find much information on it but would love to try it (especially if it works) but can i do this without getting myself sick?

you can take melatonin with suboxone but it may not have the same effects as if you weren't taking it

suboxone can cause many side effects including restlessness. With this said melatonin may be a great option to help get you some zzz's. you should always check with your doctor before taking anything while using suboxone or at least let them know what you will be taking so there aren't any surprises.
