  5. can I take tramadol and suboxone together

Asked: 2019-08-25 12:36:53

earlier this year I was in a bad wreck and have been prescribed tramadol to help with my neck when needed. Two weeks ago I began taking suboxone and now my neck is bothering me. Can I take the two together or should I ask for something else?

well you cannnnn take them together…. You just might not like the effects or you could end up in the hospital

go for it and let us know how it turns out. Kidding. Don't do this. It's dangerous. Go to a meeting instead.

aren't you being treated for opiate addiction? Why would you take another opiate in addition to suboxone?

not the best idea I've heard. Talk to your doctor before trying this

although tramadol has only recently been considered a narcotic, you should avoid taking opiates with suboxone. Doing so could cause you to have withdrawal symptoms or for the medicine to not be as effective… it could also cause an overdose… best idea is to skip this and ask your doctor what you CAN take.

suboxone should take the pain away from your neck anyway and tramadol is weak wouldn't be strong enough and wouldn't work
