I've been on suboxone for six months and I've heard some rumors about links to cancer. Should I be concerned?

I've heard the same thing but I checked with my doctor, and so far there are no determined links between suboxone and cancer. I think you're in the clear.

No, I don't think you have anything to worry about. Nowadays people say everything causes cancer. If your doctor tells you to take it, it's probably fine.

Don't listen to the rumors. Suboxone has no known links to cancer so if I were you, I would listen to my doctor and keep taking suboxone.

I think all medications cause cancer and you shouldn't be taking anyting, but hey that's just my opinion.

As a doctor specializing in addiction treatment for over 10 years, I can tell you that there are no confirmed links between suboxone and cancer. I would recommend you continue listening to your doctor's guidance regarding your medication and treatment program.
