Trying to do some research for my best friend. She is going through some terrible health problems. Can anyone tell me if suboxone can help block alcohol?

If your best friend is taking alcohol with their suboxone, then you need to tell them to stop immediately. It won't block the alcohol.

Taking suboxone will definitely not block alcohol. It's not a blocker, so it will only make your addiction worse since it will increase your tolerance and dependence on the the drug you are addicted to. So, it will only make everything worse instead of better if you decide to mix it with alcohol or other drugs.
