I'm prescribed suboxone to help me get off of opiates. I just don't think it's working. Should I bring this up to my doctor immediately or should I wait a while? Not really sure what I should do because I don't feel normal

it just means you should take more. Your doctor probably only prescribed the bare minimum because he hates addicts and thinks they should suffer.

believe it or not, you may not realize the suboxone is working due to the ceiling effect--you take more but don't feel anything--this is intentional. You may consider the drug to 'work' when you feel euphoric effects but the idea isn't to keep you high, it's to keep you from getting dope sick.

if the suboxone isn't working and you feel dope sick, call your doctor to find out what could be causing this. It could be an interaction with another medicine or a dose that is too low/high.
